Libraries Matlab is heavily used. The only other toolbox currently required nctoolbox: Fortran compiler - ifort, pgi, gfortran, … MPI - mpich2, openmpi, mvapich, … NetCDF - v4 Set your environment for ROMS for WRF Hopefully you have tried several test cases or have an application to continue developing.
