Execute CBRS PAL Petitions Execute CBRS & Pal Changes CTIA Petition
10 Year License Term With Renewal Expecations PEA (416) Instead of Census Tracts (74K+) CBSD Registration Information Confidentiality T-Mobile Petition (CTIA Petition+) Auction all 150 megahertz of spectrum in the 3.5 GHz band as PALs, with GAA use opportunistically throughout the band Make all PALs available at auction, regardless of the number of applications received Permit bidding on specific PAL blocks Make minor changes to the technical rules governing the 3.5 GHz band (OOBE, Power Levels) Execute Execute

CBRS NPRM Adopted October 24
Seeks comment on changes to PAL license terms: License Area (Census Tracts?, PEAs? Counties?) 10 years terms Expectation of renewal Allow partitioning / disaggregation Splitting up the 10 MHz licenses into smaller license areas to be planned by the SAS to enable sub-licensing. Technical rule changes: Revisions for facilitating wider bandwidths Remove obligation to publish registration data T-Mobile request for PALs across the band is denied in the Order.

5G Spectrum – C-BAND Potential for alignment with CBRS band
Under consideration across the world Propagation and speed Ericsson’s comments: FCC should pursue licensed spectrum using market-based mechanisms to clear the GHz band Pursue unlicensed technology in 5.9 – 6.4 GHz and licensed technology in 6.4 – 7.1 GHz provided incumbent fixed operations are protected across 6 GHz Proposal for FCC and NTIA to work to make 7.1 – 8.5 GHz a shared band between commercial and federal users of fixed services Todd Gore

MID-BAND COALITION Diverse membership, including operators, trade associations, manufacturers, and the Wi-Fi community. Focus on 3.7 – 4.2 GHz as a licensed band, 5.9 – GHz unlicensed, and a question about how to treat – GHz. Sensitivities over fixed links in the 6 GHz band and incumbent satellite users. Intel/Intelsat proposal: market-based approach to allow terrestrial access to important markets. Apple, Broadcom, Cisco, Comsearch, Ericsson, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Intel, Google and Alphabet Access, Samsung, T-Mobile, and Verizon Todd Gore
