Executive Upload Process
The objective of this file is to explain how to Identify the Executive Hosts from your Sector/Division and which events they will be invited to during the Ring of Honor Event. Ring of Honor -Division Representative Responsibilities: Identify the Executive Hosts from your Sector/Division This includes identifying if the Executive Host is authorized to bring a guest. Identify which events the Executive Host and/or guest will be invited to. Once the Executive Hosts have been identified the information needs to be uploaded to the Ring of Honor web site. The Executive Host and their administrative assistant will receive information such as; how to register for the event costs they are responsible for updates by regarding the events they will be attending and who they will be hosting at dinner events. Executive Host Upload on the Ring of Honor website Log into the ROH Website Under Division Representative click “Executive Host Upload” At the screen below, click your Division This will enable the Meeting Services team to place Executive Hosts at tables with winners from their division. I suggest you use the following Excel Spreadsheet to help you secure all the pertinent information you will need to upload the Executive Host information Instructions: Fill in all yellow highlighted cells Sector/Division Rep name Executive Host Allocation Executive Host Information Events attending Administrative assistant information Managing Executives by event Each of the evening event attendance totals automatically calculate. Simply stay within your allocation Identify alternates in case someone cancels with late notice

Input the information for each of your Executive Hosts and “Save Registration”
When you identify your Executive Hosts, you will need this information to complete the upload Key points: In most instances the Executive Host will not have a guest invited. Identify which events the Executive Host will be attending (Tuesday Welcome Dinner and/or Thursday Gala Awards Celebration) Some divisions identify different Executive Hosts for each evening If your Executive Hosts would like to take advantage of the New York experience on Wednesday, you need to let the ROH Administrative Coordinator (Chris Herpel ) know in advance. A limited number of tickets are available once all winners and guests have registered. Once this information is uploaded onto the ROH Web site, the Executive Host and their Administrative assistant will receive an inviting them to register for the event. Here is the registration form that they will receive.
Executive Hosts will receive a link to the registration form on the Ring of Honor web site. They will receive a login name and password to complete the registration. Here is the registration form that they will receive. They receive access to the full Ring of Honor web site that will give them all of the information related to the web site. If the Executive Host needs to change the registration in any way, they have access to the Registration at any time If a registration needs to change after April 25th, we ask that you provide that information to:

As a host, you will play an important role in making this program and celebration one of the most memorable experiences of our winners’ lives. The role of the Executive Host is to: • provide executive presence during the Chairman’s Ring of Honor event • participate in designated activities identified by your Division Representative • help make the winners’ experiences as rewarding as possible DESIGNATED EVENTS TUESDAY, JUNE 2 Hyatt Regency Greenwich • Cocktail Meet and Greet (5:30 - 6:45 pm) • Welcome Dinner (7:00 - 9:30 pm) Attire: Men: jacket & tie, Women: cocktail dress, suit, dress, or blouse with skirt or slacks. WEDNESDAY, JUNE 3 New York City • All day excursion. Attire: Casual, comfortable shoes are suggested as well. Jeans are acceptable. Optional for Executive Hosts but a great time to spend with the award winners! THURSDAY, JUNE 4 PepsiCo Headquarters • Business Session (8:30 am - 12:30 pm) Lunch will be at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich following the Business Session PepsiCo Headquarters • Gala Awards Dinner (6:30 pm) Attire: Men: business suit and tie, Women: cocktail dress, suit, or skirt and blouse. Please be advised the traffic into New York City can be difficult. Travel time from Greenwich can be over one hour. Please plan accordingly. FRIDAY, JUNE 5 Departures HOTEL Sleeping rooms are available at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich at the rate of $ USD plus tax. You will be responsible for room, tax and incidentals associated with your stay. Please make your airline and ground transportation arrangements through your usual booking and T&E payment methods. We ask that you confirm your attendance and register by Monday, April 20. For registrations after April 20, we may not be able to accommodate you at the host hotel, Hyatt Regency Greenwich. However we will offer alternative hotels in the area. The Executive Host Registration AND your Registration will look like this. This information is utilized to seat Executive Hosts at the Tuesday evening Welcome Dinner and the Thursday evening Gala Celebration. When you contact your identified Executive Hosts it is extremely important that they know they can or can not bring a guest unless it is planned in your numbers. All Sectors make that decision and all typically limit the Executive Hosts to no guests to provide more interaction with the business leaders. Executive Upload Process

Executive Hosts will have full access to the Ring of Honor web site
