19 Pr C.PERNELLE, CNAM Paris
Private and academic career of women in science and engineering: my real-life experience Why still few women at private and academic leadership level In the private sector, men and women at the leadership level are mainly evaluted based on their capacity to contribute: to Innovation and productivity to induced social and economical impact on the company and / or society In university, women are mainly judged based on their capacity to participate in the advancement of scientific knowledge, introducing more bias in the way they can be evaluated The higher women move onwards into their career the more pressure and contraints they have to face. Often incompatible with the family life demand Induce organisation and money 11-Nov-18 Pr C.PERNELLE, CNAM Paris
