Responsibilities MDR: Administer the Medical Surveillance Program
Identify stressor based surveillance requirements and program enrollment (IH survey) Identify Job qualification requirements and program enrollment (Matrix and NavMessage) Perform required surveillance and job qualification exams Address any abnormal findings that might be attributed to an overexposure. (NEPMUs) Annual Medical surveillance compliance report (rolls up to Navy Safety Center and SECNAV)
