3 Illume: Our Command Center for Student Success
Illume® uses Lone Star-specific data to develop personalized predictions that are timely, accurate, and actionable. Our team is able to pinpoint at-risk students hiding in plain sight, develop coordinated student success initiatives, and deploy targeted interventions, all from one place.

26 Amplifying Impact LSC-Montgomery had a 31% increase in full-time enrollment in the last year. Having an agile approach to launching student outreach campaigns and the ability to measure their impact quickly, is enabling campus leaders to collaborate, engage in productive conversations, build out successful strategies and replicate models across the college.

27 Latest Campaign CAMPAIGN STRATEGY Used data to find 2,000+ students with high GPAs (3.0 to 4.0) and very low or low persistence probabilities. Hypothesis: These students demonstrating strong academic performance may be dealing with external factors limiting their likelihood to succeed at Lone Star.

28 Campaign Implementation
Identified students who were leaving the college with GPAs over 2.0 and not all who have high GPAs have high persistence predictions. VPs of Student Success aligned around a two- campaign to 2,000+ of these students. Advisors were able to tag exchanges related to the campaign using Inspire for Advisors. Lift was greater for male students and students with 0-3 terms completed. Subject Line: Lone Star College is proud of you! I wanted to send you a note to see how your semester is going. College can be challenging this time of year and even the most successful students can struggle. Common challenges for students include job commitments, family responsibilities, financial pressures, transportation issues, or a combination of these and other issues. Do any of these sound familiar to you?
