VIEs
Principle: The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) Program is a great career start because it enables graduates to gain invaluable paid work experience internationally in a technical or business function.
Who? Students already graduated for 6 to 24 months.
Tendency of the last 2 years, around 65 VIEs per year 50% in Europe and 50% all over the world

Research/PhD
Principle: industrial research in Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering and more and more Cyber and Big Data
