TRAVEL TO MINUTE MAID PARK
12:00 Organize in Cafeteria by group with teacher sponsors Choir shirts, dark blue jeans, belt, tennis shoes. No bling. Athletic-style Tennis shoes only – no cleats allowed. 12:20 Depart Heritage Elementary – parents can follow buses No Watches, electronics, cell phones allowed on the field. 1:15 ARRIVE AT MINUTE MAID PARK ***Choir members must have tickets with them Please Print Kid’s Ticket ENTER AND HAVE RESTROOM/WATER BREAK 2:00 HEAD DOWN UNDER STADIUM for warm up and to enter the field 2:50 Enter field and move behind 2nd base

Photo Op – Be Ready! Row 2 anywhere in ballpark. * *We will exit the field and head straight up to sections 414 & 415. *A parent should meet us out on the concourse outside the seating area to sign your child out from their teacher sponsor to be released to you. Enjoy the rest of the game with your family and friends!

Each family member can take a 1 gallon clear Ziplock
A reminder: Please PRINT your choir member’s game ticket so they can have it scanned as they enter the gates with the choir. Each family member can take a 1 gallon clear Ziplock baggie with snacks and bottled water into the ballpark. Those orange shirts will be recognized by all in the ballpark, on TV and from the dugouts. Leave a proud impression. We each represent the City of La Porte, La Porte ISD, Heritage Elementary, Mrs. Wallace and Mrs. Hyde, me and all The other Heritage teachers. A reminder that we are setting a legacy for the families of Heritage Elementary.

The link for our Group Ticket sales will go active this Friday, March 2nd. Have your credit card ready, and you may want to go ahead and set up the MLB Ballpark app on your cell phone or device. Remember you’ll need to print your child’s ticket so it may only allow you one choice to access the tickets.

We Must Sell 350 Tickets This is a requirement for all performing groups at weekend premium games. Everyone, students performers, teachers and parents must purchase a ticket. Tickets are nonrefundable and if our group does not sell 350 tickets we cannot perform. March 30th is the deadline for selling 350 tickets. Our group web portal will close at the end of the business day March 30, If you want to purchase additional group tickets after 3/30, you can contact our rep- Ms. Lupold can give you that info later.

After School Rehearsals – Required attendance
Tuesday, March 27 Tuesday, April 3 Tuesday, April 10 (if needed) Thursday, April 12 Friday, April 13 All rehearsals will be from 3:15-4:15. We will meet and organize in the cafeteria and move to the gym once dismissal is over. Please pick up all students at the car rider lane. If they are walking, please know there will not be crossing guards at that time of day.
