Effective May 14 – August 7 Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday BODYWEIGHT BOOTCAMP 7:15-7:45 CORE 7:45-8:00 UPPER BODY STRENGTH LOWER BODY STRENGTH 5th Hour Energizer: Join us every day from 12:15 – 12:45 for the “Workout of the Day” 5:15-5:30 5:30-6:00 5:30-6:30 Classes available to all fitness levels. Modifications available for beginners or injuries, inform instructor if you have any limitations or concerns prior to the start of class. BODYWEIGHT BOOTCAMP: Using intervals and circuits, this class will challenge your overall fitness. Exercises vary from athletic movements , strength training and isometric body weight exercises. Work as hard as you want to in this challenging yet fun atmosphere that will ensure results! CORE: 15 minutes of training your “core” from every angle: abdominals, obliques and the lower back. This short, effective class will help improve the posture, flexibility and strength of your entire midsection. UPPER & LOWER BODY STRENGTH: Small group training using cables, free weights, barbells and bodyweight exercises to strengthen muscles, bones and confidence in the weight room. WORKOUT OF THE DAY: The Workout of the Day will be a constantly varied mix of functional movements using bodyweight, weight room and outdoor elements! Don’t like what the group is doing?
