Awaken Summer The summer season is comprised of three fiscal months; June, July and August Current Situation Our lowest onsite penetration rates in the summer season are primarily in the Value Resorts Domestic economic indicators are all positive while international currencies continue to struggle against the US dollar FY15 Offer Performance We achieved 95% of the room night goal driven by softness from International Markets The offer’s fifth night free creative was the most efficient message in driving Guest demand

Summer room nights are expected to grow by 3% Summer is forecasted to set new attendance record at WDW Competition is expanding with the opening of Sapphire Falls at Universal Orlando in July 2016 Objectives & Approach Drive visitation to all four Walt Disney World Theme Parks Drive on-site conversion, increase package penetration Showcase new product while leveraging the Disney brand

Target Guest demographic is Domestic Bi-Cultural Hispanics within our priory Guest segments. Hispanics families tend to travel more in the summer, making summer the most important visitation period for them. Insights: They want to know what they get and how much it will cost Being able to find a ‘package’ that fits the budget Desire to be together at WDW as it is magical. Now is a great time to plan our family vacation with a great offer

This is the same offer structure as the Domestic Broad Tiered Room Only offer, but bundled as a package with a different Marketing message to our Domestic Hispanic Markets. Marketing Message: Enjoy a 4-night/4day stay in a standard room at Disney’s All-Star Resorts with theme park tickets for a family of 4-for just $1,880. Book though June 10, for stays most Sunday though Thursday nights 5/30/16 – 8/25/16. Receive an Awaken Summer MagicBand with this package! Great rate also available for other lengths of stay and party sizes.

11 Disney Junior Package The target Guest demographic segment is Preschool Families with a child (0-5) in the household with a focus on Preschool-only families. Insights: Strong desire to visit Disney Parks Highest active WDW resort shopping behavior (seeking information, vacations quotes etc.) Preschool families want the “perfect trip” Parents are concerned that the children will not remember the trip (Memory Maker)

12 Disney Junior Package This also is the same offer structure as the Domestic Broad Tiered Room Only offer, but bundled as a package with a different Marketing message to our Preschool Guests. Marketing Message: Save on a 3-night stay in a standard room at Disney’s All-Star Resorts with 2-day theme park tickets for as low as $1,021 for a family of 3. Book through June 10, 2016 for stays most Sunday through Thursday nights 5/30/16 – 8/25/16. Receive an Awake Summer MagicBand with this package Great rate also available for other lengths of stay and party sizes.
