4. “Teach them to your children and to their children after them.” (v9)
REMEMBER FAMILY
“that you may go in and take possession of the land that the LORD, the God of your fathers (ancestors), is giving you” (v1)
“Teach them to your children and to their children after them.” (v9)
The promise land is about families and for families
(not just flesh and blood families)
But God’s family
That came from when you died to the flesh and were forgvein by his blood
Family God is making from every tribe tongue and nation
Kingdom come – will be done – that’s what we are praying for
TD Jakes says there are three types of friends in the world
. Those that are against what you are against
Those who are for what you are for
And those you are for you
Those against what against – most and weakest – fair
Those for what you are for – they are fans
Those who are for you – they are family
In Jesus – God gives us family- His family
That’s the story of cornerstone – people loved Jesus and each other
Let’s remember family

When we remember the days God showed up
We remember the miracles
We remember nothing is impossible with God
We remember that no weapon formed against you shall prosper
We remember that you are more than a conqueror
We remember we are called to be hIs witnesses
We don’t remember to try to get back to the past
We remember his miracles to move into the future in brand new ways!
