The Kingdom Keepers There are five Kingdom Keepers in this book. (There are like a million characters in the series, we are talking about just five characters, or the kids.) The first is the leader, Finn. The next one is the “greatest computer mind,” Philby. Third, is the athlete and what they call, “the prettiest girl of all” and “one of the most athletic people you will meet,” Charlene. After that, is Maybeck; he has strength and agility, and always comes up with a diversion to keep them safe. Next is Willa; she is very smart comes up with many plans with Finn and helps Maybeck (if he needs it) with diversions.

The Overtakers The Overtakers are the Disney villains that are trying to take over the Magic Kingdom. (See how they get their name take over, Over-takers/ Overtakers. The Overtakers’ leaders are Chernabog, from Night on Bald Mountain, and Maleficent, from Sleeping Beauty, but they get captured by the Imagineers. So the other Overtakers try to free their leaders, but the Kingdom Keepers are the ones standing in their way.

Main Protagonist: Finn, and How He Changes
Finn is the main protagonist in the story and the leader of the Kingdom Keepers. At the beginning of the story, he doesn’t believe Wayne, one of the imagineers that created the DHI technology, or the way that the Kingdom keepers get to one place and the other using holograms when he tells Finn that he would be the leader of the Kingdom Keepers. Once he realizes that he would take control of the plan to help the four other Kingdom Keepers, he then noticed that he could be the leader. Finn later on got more and more confident about being the leader, and is now helping the group even more.

Main Settings: Finn’s House
At Finn’s house, he meets with different Kingdom Keepers and non-Kingdom Keepers that may help them to discuss a plan of action. At his house, he escapes to get to Magic Kingdom and to find his fellow Kingdom Keepers, and also hides the secret of the Kingdom Keepers from his parents.

Main Settings: Magic Kingdom
Magic Kingdom plays a very big role in this book. At Magic Kingdom, the Kingdom Keepers figure out that they are now part DHI’s and that Finn could go full DHI. At the Magic Kingdom is also where they have many battles against the Overtakers and where they have to be disguised or else they will get caught and won’t be a DHI anymore. The Magic Kingdom is where most of the story takes place.

Main Climaxes The main climaxes are probably when most of the battles happen against the Overtakers, but there are so many main climaxes, I can’t even name all of them. One of the other main climaxes is when the Kingdom Keepers find out that they are DHI’s. The third main climax is when they meet Wayne. Some of the other ones are when they have to escape from the Overtakers and when Maybeck gets stuck in the Sleeping Beauty Syndrome.
