Third party arrangements RTO’s (our school) obligations Your rights and responsibilities Fees & charges Competency based training and assessment Recognition of Prior Learning Credit transfer Education and support services Qualification information (course specific) Third party is in relation to work experience. Our School is responsible for providing trainers who are skilled and experienced to ensure the best possible training for students. You have the right to talk to your teacher and have the right to have multiple opportunities in order to achieve your competencies. Fees are required to purchase resources. Vet Courses are heavy on resources because they are practically inclined. If you have done a unit that is similar, you are able to approach the VET office and discuss the options of a RPL process If you have completed a Certificate and have units that cross over, you can apply for a Credit Transfer, provided you can supply a copy of the Certificate or Statement of Attainment.
