Learning Target Participants will understand a process for leadership teams to utilize QCIS to create reports, agendas and minutes to monitor the school improvement process.

What is QCIS? A continuous school improvement planning process built on straight forward and research-based practices that: Targets the actions of adults that make a difference to students and their learning. Looks at the everyday practices of teaching, leading, learning and developing.
