Steps to get to the future (ideal) state with
Future State: I’d love to swim for 45 minutes at least three times per week to improve my overall health fitness, and stamina.. Bone Diagram: Describe the current state. Envision Future (ideal). Identify driving forces and restraining forces. Restrainers: I don’t have a swim buddy to encourage me to keep trying. Steps to get to the future (ideal) state with 1. Find a friend or trainer with similar goals._ 2. Keep track of my efforts to get a sense of accomplishment_ Getting Fit: 3. Set a reward for meeting the goal! 4. ________________________________ A pool is available to me. Drivers: I feel better after any effort. I enjoy swimming. Current State: I’m not energetic enough to swim more than four laps.
