18 Audacity Is this product useful?
This program is especially useful for music teachers, or general education teachers who have a love affair for effects. One would be able to record and send sound clips for their students to listen to at home. Many students do not know how to read music, and being able to practice at home with the program. . . you learn by listening over and over again. KNOW the music, then play. The program would also be great for a theatre class, they would be able to record and edit their own soundtrack. Not only that, but it’s great to be able to throw in one’s own sound mixes and clips with a PowerPoint to gain the students’ attention. Great for the student who learns aurally and for the kiddos who need to be constantly entertained. The program is free. Page 18 11/12/2018
