4. BUMED DOEHRS-IH Metrics
Monthly report for BUMED that contains the following query reports used to provide the monthly BUMED metrics, including: Command Count, Process Count, Sample Count, Shops with SEGs Assessed, Shops with SEGs Defined, Shop Count, Shop Surveys Completed. All reports are based on active data

5. Status Logs Report queries: Sampling Time Weighted Averages (TWAs)

Showing Quality Assurance (QA) status to help identify In Progress items needing to be QA’d.

6. Master Schedule and Shop Survey Completion
Reports to query Master Schedule data, including, shop survey completion
Shop survey completion reports can be used to pinpoint:
Which Shops have surveys upcoming, due, or overdue;
Which Shops have Master Schedule Baseline or Periodic Survey tasks that need Close Dated with the survey date
Which Shops need Baseline or reoccurring Periodic Survey tasks created (No Due Date) ;
Which Shops might need Shop Visit Frequency adjusted on the Shop detail screen.

7. Other Report Types Equipment Reports Sampling Shop-SEG Reports
Reports to query IH equipment information
Sampling
Reports to query sampling data including; personal air, personal noise dosimetry, sound pressure levels, etc.…
Shop-SEG Reports
Reports to query shops by priority and show shop, SEG, and assessment data.
Shop-SEG reports can be used to pinpoint:
Which shops and processes still need to have SEGs defined or assessed;
Which SEGs, SEG shop/processes, and hazards still need to be assessed.
Which shop/process/hazard/SEG/assessment data needs updated.
Custom Reports
Any report that is requested by the field; built and verified by Navy and Marine Corps Public Health Center (NMCPHC) and shared via the IH Navy Shared folder in BCS.

Once the report is open, there are a few area you can check for filtering data. The button to the left and the filters above.

If included in the report, you may see drop downs or checkboxes that can be used to filter data.

Pick from the list to start filtering. If there is no data to display, your page will be blank
