15 My Orders – Order Lookup

2. My Orders On the Top Ribbon Bar Select “ My Orders”
On The “My Order” Page you have the option to search for:
Web Orders placed through the ecommerce store. OR
All Orders - All Orders placed by any method on the Flowserve ERP systems that you buy from.

3. My Orders Pump and Valve orders are combined in one view
Seal Orders can be searched by clicking the Seal tab and currently can only be search one order at a time. In a future release, you will be bale to search all seal orders.
To change the date range , or specify a custom range, click the “Select Period”” option
To view Order detail click the Order number

4. Order Status identifies whether the order has shipped complete or if items are still open.
To expand the line item to see more detailed information, select the + button
For some carriers, the tracking # is a hyperlink to the carrier’s website. For tracking information from all other carriers, refer to the Resource Center for common carrier website hyperlinks
