Introduction Societyplus.in is a web based software solution for management of housing societies.

Common Problems Of Housing Societies Collaboration is the biggest challenge in Housing Societies. Residents do not have time to physically attend the committee meetings. It is difficult to seek opinion of residents on important issues. Society Managers find it difficult to remind members not paying their dues. Complaints are not handled/ tracked effectively. Accounts are not upto-date.

About Societyplus.in Societyplus.in is like a virtual board room of a Housing Society where residents collect and collaborate to manage their societies effortlessly. It eases the process of accounting and complaint handling Integrates the residents through opinion polls, notices, SMS alerts and Event Diaries. It binds residents by sharing accounting information Can share Video/ Photographs of the recent functions/events.

Managing Committee Interface Owners/Residents Directory: Define all flats/ properties in your society along with owners/ residents and their contact details. Maintain e-mail IDs and mobile numbers for digital communication. Define society charges: Define how would you like to charge society fee from members– Fixed or floor area wise. You may also charge members for few common facilities. Raise Monthly Bills Raise Monthly Bills on click of a button and get it delivered to residents on SMS and E- mail. Track Defaulters Let the system track the defaulting members for current dues and over dues. Send SMS alerts/reminders: Select and shoot reminders to members on SMS/E-mail. Manage staff/Duties Define in-house and outsourced staff members and their contact details. Assign duties to staff.

Review and allot pending complaints Prioritize complaints and allot to staff members. On completion close the complaints. Review pending complaints list. Common facilities maintenance & Insurance: Track expiring warranties and insurance of common facilities like Generator, Pump- sets, Escalators etc. Take opinion polls Seek opinion of residents on important issues before implementing it. Post a Notice/News/News letter Use Notice Board on Society Home Page to post Notices, News or Events. A copy may be send to individual members through SMS. Share pictures/videos with residents Post pictures, videos of events/ functions celebrated at society, on home page of society. Manage Budget, Expenses, Accounts Define budget for expenses. Post expense vouchers and get account books/ balance sheet. Analyze Expenses to define society charges.

Residents Interface Booking of common facilities Residents can now book the common facilities like banquet hall, swimming pool, gym etc. on-line. Register a complain Residents can register their complaint on-line and track its status. View your own account ledgers, Residents can view their account ledger at any time. Pay on-line, Payment of society charges can be made on-line through debit/ credit card. Vote on opinion poll Residents can express their opinion on-line against the question posted on your societys home page. This helps to take rational decision on important issues.
