Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Simons-White & Associates, Inc. in partnership with The Ohio State University Alber Enterprise Center presents a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Program for individuals in the manufacturing and service sectors. The ten-day program will be offered in two sessions of five days each to allow participants time to apply course concepts with on-line support from our experienced Master Black Belts. The value of our program is evident as participants yield significant results through the implementation of their projects demonstrating their long-term value as a member of your team. Program Requirements Attendance and participation for all ten days of training Completion of a Lean Six Sigma Project Participants are expected to have a laptop computer, as MINITAB® demo software will be available to support project implementation Overview Objectives & Deliverables Application of Lean Six Sigma Tools & Methodology Quantifiable Process Improvements Ability to Lead Future Lean Six Sigma Projects 8 CEUs for those who complete the requirements When: April 23-27, 2007 May 21-25, 2007 Time: 8:00 am – 4:30pm Where: Alber Enterprise Center The Ohio State University at Delaware 7774 Graphics Way Lewis Center, OH 43035 Cost: $6,000 per participant, includes all materials Space will be limited to ten people.
