People & Organisational Development Sydney, Australia The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the outcomes of: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is accountable for designing and implementing attraction and selection initiatives and processes to effectively attract, select and retain highly capable people. Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to provide advice and influence at all levels including excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong team work, knowledge sharing and collaboration skills. Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills. Strong negotiation skills. Continuous improvement focus. Strong technology disposition. Facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes Ensure that attraction and selection initiatives and processes are well communicated and understood by Hiring Managers and leaders Build capability of Hiring Managers to enable them to better select highly capable people Manage supplier relationships to ensure value for money. Support the creation of a diverse talent pipeline through development of alternative sourcing strategies of active and passive candidates Produce recruitment reports and ensure compliance with legislative requirements in the countries we work Develop strong business relationships across The Foundation and drive shared initiatives in attraction, selection and retention Other tasks as requested by your manager. Strong Experience in: Managing multiple end-to-end recruitment processes Working across a breadth of specialist areas and industries with diverse requirements, preferably in complex, global organisations desirable. Collaborating with diverse and complex senior stakeholders, developing relationships and providing advice, with a track record of delivering results. Using modern technology to maximize attraction of talent to roles. Managing end-to-end recruitment practices in a global organisations Experience using behavioural assessment tools Previous experience within non-government or NFP sector. Previous experience working within a human resources function Full-time Global Lead – Talent & Capability Relevant undergraduate qualification/s highly desirable. OPQ or relevant behavioural assessment accreditation highly desirable. Leads Self “Contact with Children” either direct or indirect None NIL March 2018
