2. Having freedom of expression is the best chance for the success of a nation, but it never comes easily
Afghanistan is one of the countries in the world that is still faced with challenges in obtaining the freedom of expression. Journalists, especially women journalists, in the provinces are faced with problems, and that is why there is no peace and security all over of Afghanistan. There is still pressure from opposition groups of Taliban.

3. Why is the presence of women in the media important?
After the collapse of the Taliban, women really had to elbow their way to be represented in society like they were four decades before.
The Afghan women journalist must emphasize the need for the participation of women in all decision making processes by appearing in media. They demand that women’s rights not be given away as a bargaining tool for short-term security measures. They can call for the development of the civil sector to be equally coupled with any tactics.

4. Women journalists can underline in their writings--in print media and appearing in other media like Radio, and television--the need for the improvement of women’s rights as Afghanistan solidifies the rule of law.
Women in Afghanistan are critical partners for peace through the media. Women’s engagement is not an optional extra component of stabilization and recovery; it is a critical component to its success.

5. Women’s empowerment will enable society to deliver long-term stability, democratization, and development, bringing big changes in our Afghan tradition and law that is otherwise closed for Afghan women.
Therefore it is necessary that Afghan women join the media in order to focus on women’s roles, women’s success, women’s suffering, and difficulties in the society.

7. But now Afghan woman journalists are afraid of joining the Taliban in order to bring peace without having them accept the freedoms and liberties of Afghan woman.
Because Afghan woman don’t want to become victims of this process, half of Afghan women are supporting this cause.

8. In Afghanistan, 87 percent of women face domestic violence, so women journalists can emphasize the need for broader security in both the public and the private spheres through the papers, radios and TV to reduce the cases of violence.
The best ways to reveal the suffering of women is for the women in the media who experienced bad situations in the previous dark years of the Taliban Regime and before that during the opposite groups wars.

9. Unfortunately Afghan women lose their husbands, sons, fathers, or other member of their families. Therefore it is necessary that they have their own media for focusing scarifies and their aim for their bright and welfare future.

10. But now this is limited in the cities and not the whole country.
Fortunately, nowadays Afghan women journalists have their own media, such as radios, papers, news agencies and weblogs to focus all their ideas and opinion about social, political, cultural, economical issues and events that took place in Afghan society and aboard. But this achievement returns to the shah Ama nullah khan kingdom. During his term the first women paper started its printing.
But now this is limited in the cities and not the whole country.

13. Limitations the very closed culture of the country, Illiteracy
Not being Security
Time frame work, there is complete difference between woman and man time frame.
There isn’t any life insurance of journalists as well as security supports.
No coordination, program of MOWA with women media as well as support.

14. For all the previous reasons since 2001 up to now we have had many killings of journalists both men and women, among women I can name some of them like Zakia zaki, Shima Rezaee, Shekeba Sanga Amaj…
Some relationship with the authority or NGOs makes some of them very famous that they aren't specialist journalists.
