► Passive = “It’s on the web site.” ► Proactive = “I will send that information – do you have an address ?

5 KC GRADUATE PROGRAM ● “K” from Key Club and “C” from Circle K Club
● A proactive way in which we retain our graduating seniors from Key Club and Circle K in the Kiwanis family. ● This is a program in the RM District and is currently underway. ● It is a basic networking development program to advise the participant of local Kiwanis Family organizations and opportunities. You have an Advocate in your home District to assist you. ● Contact information, without addresses, is kept by the District KC Graduate Administrator. Security of the contact information is a concern so it is encrypted and password protected.

6 WHY KC GRADUATE PROGRAM
● Helps to retain youth in our organization. ● Provides a participant a NETWORK in which to maintain Kiwanis contact. ● What is the NETWORK ?

■ It requires the proponent to do something ! ■ It requires the participant to do something ! ■ It has no boundaries. ■ It includes a proactive Advocate.
