Presidential Succession Act of 1947 25th Amendment Section 1. In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President. Section 2. Also called Chief Agenda Setter JOB DESCRIPTION: The president can suggest laws to Congress that he/she thinks is needed. He or she can also veto laws. EXAMPLE: President Obama working hard to get the Affordable Healthcare Act passed. (Obamacare)
