The Seller wishes to remain in the house for a short time and will be paying rent. Renting out the house after settlement will minimise holding costs. Expected Project Time Frame Completion: 30 June 2015 As of 30th July 2014 we have lodged the Development Application and expect full approval by 30th September 2014.

Project Funding Proposition
