It's as easy as 1,2,3!!! Check-mark the 'Activate' box. Text 'hi' to provided address. Set personal text alert options. 15 - 120mins

12 Center Bulletins as Text Messages
Students that have opted in to receive center bulletins can be texted when they visit a center.

When the waiting room feature is activated -- Students are offered a Text Alert notification when a consultant is ready to see them.

16 View Messages Sent to Students
See past messages that have been stored for a student: Student Entry window > History tab > Messages tab Rights to view specific message types are controlled through group permissions. Each time an or text is sent – it doesn’t automatically create a message record for the student.  A message (aka note) record is created only when you specify that it should be created. There are options to set if you would like to save automatic messages sent by your Trac System. For more info, goto our knowledgebase article: 'How To: View Messages Sent to Students'

20 Message Types TIP: You may want the Sys Admin group to view all messages.  To do this, you will need to list system message types along with your customized message types (include one blank line for blank message types).  Then, give the Sys Admin group permissions to view all message types.
