17 Trends in adjusted total and total
“Adjusted” often rises faster/more than total when total rises --- but Since 2000, in 9 years, total fell and adjusted total fell by MORE in 6 of those years. That is, recent history indicates that during a downturn in giving, the ‘adjusted total’ falls by a larger percentage than overall giving. Why?
