IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS FOR HSC STUDENTS
MMR: Positive titers for all three
Varicella (Chickenpox): Positive titer
Hepatitis B: Three shot series and a positive anti-Hb-surface antibody titer.

6. TB screening: PPD in first year and annually
IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS FOR HSC STUDENTS
Diptheria-Tetanus-Pertussis: Evidence of primary series and booster within the past ten years
TB screening: PPD in first year and annually
Annual Flu Shot
