Already have RFI owned lab with all gauges, thread gauges, Vernier Calliper , Micrometre , HRC/HRB and HV Hardenes Testers, Profile Projector Ra,Rt,Pt,Rz all scale digital recorded surface roughness tester and further planned to expand in 2018/2019:- Spectrometer, Coefficient Of Friction Testing Machine, Tensile Testing and Torque Testing Machine , Fischeroscope for measuring plating thickness, Optical Sorting Machine
Necessary tests for PPAP parts like chemical analysis and SST etc are performed at outside labs in addition to manufacturers reports
Plan to add SST ,Spectrometer too.
