2 Leiomyosarcoma –gross there is large irregular mass arise from the fundus of the uterus with area of hemorrhage & necrosis

3 Leiomyosarcoma-microscopically proliferating of malignant spindle cells, the cells are pleomorphic hyperchromatic nuclei & high mitotic figure

Here is an osteosarcoma of bone. The large, bulky mass arises in the cortex of the bone and extends outward

5 Cervix: part of stratified squamous epithelium shows disorderly arranged cells, hyperchromatic nuclei with mitosis but still within the basement membrane Diagnosis: Carcinoma In Situ

6 There are multitude seeding of small tan tumor nodules seen over the peritoneal surface of the mesentery. Diagnosis: metastatic peritoneal deposits

7 Multiple irregular malignant glandular tumor partially replacing LN
Multiple irregular malignant glandular tumor partially replacing LN. Diagnosis: Metastatic adenocarcinoma in a lymph node.

8 There is large vessel containing clump of malignant cells, Diagnosis: tumor emboli (Hematogenous spread)

9 Section of the liver showing multiple different sizes firm whitish grey nodules with foci of necrosis and hemorrhage Diagnosis: secondary in the liver

10 Sheets & cords of malignant cells over the pleural surface Diagnosis: pleural spread of breast carcinoma
