4 Offender Returns app To SOS SOS Processes/ Sends requirements When requirements met, permit issued Offender Gets BAIID Installed (has 14 days)

5 Computer begins monitoring If does not install eventually driving relief cancelled Offender brings in device every 30 to 60 days for reading BAIID Co. sends Report to SOS Computer reads report – looks for violations
