Retinal detachment and hemovitreous in RE
VA 0’7/1
Already diagnosed of Eales disease: RE photocoagulation 5 months ago.
Normal chest Rx, positive Tuberculin skin test.

5. 6 months later: VA 1/1, no signs of activity.

6. 1 year LATER… Cough, haemoptysis and afternoon fever
Lives with 4 friends who have visited Pakistan recently
