5 Stress Reduction & Biofeedback Center
A calm place to meditate, improve your mind/body connection, or learn techniques that can lower your blood pressure and reduce stress. Our room features: Zero-Gravity recliner Instructional tracks on relaxation topics and techniques Biofeedback Resperate machine Guided Meditation Apps Appointments are free and can be scheduled anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes.
