8. UKRO Event 2007, Cardiff 12th – 14th July
Challenge Development
Changes made to the extrication format mean more teams can
progress through to the final stages of the Challenge
The ‘Standard’ extrication will be based upon the existing
unlimited scenario (teams of five have 20 mins and unlimited use
of all hydraulic equipment)
The ‘Complex’ extrication will have multiple casualties with a
severe entrapment (teams of six will have 30 mins and use of all
hydraulic equipment)
All teams to participate in the ‘Standard’ extrication. Best
performing teams to participate in the ‘Complex’ extrication
(anticipated to be at least 16 teams)

9. UKRO Conference 2007, Cardiff 12th – 14th July
The conference is to run over two days with
designated themes on each of the days
