Start typing the first few letters of the board member’s last name. Allow a moment for the name to appear, and then select it.
All board members except the membership coordinator must belong to the chapter.
The first four positions must be filled. The trustee positions are optional.

The chapter will be reimbursed up to $7 per board member in attendance.
Reimbursement can be received for no more than 2 board reports per year.

7. 6. Indicate the anticipated date of your next board meeting.
We suggest meeting with your board at least twice per year.

8. 7. Click Submit at the bottom of the form. You’re done!
The Fraternal Department will process reimbursements within one week and will deposit the funds into your chapter’s Modern Woodmen bank account.

9. Premier status requirement:
Each chapter must submit at least one report per year to qualify for premier status.
For the 2017 premier award year, the board meeting must be held between Nov. 1, 2016 and Oct. 31, The board report must be submitted prior to Dec. 1, 2017.
