4. What is it?
The U.S. Census counts every resident in the United States, and is required by the Constitution to take place every 10 years.
One of the shortest forms in history - 10 Questions in 10 Minutes

5. Why it is important!
When you fill out the census form, you’re making a statement about what resources your community needs going forward.
Each question helps to determine how over $400 billion will be allocated to communities across the country.

6. Get Involved Raise awareness about it
Stay informed- news, twitter, youtube
The form cannot be filled out online
In March of 2010, census forms will be delivered to every residence in the United States and Puerto Rico.

7. Come out to the AASU ‘Got Talent’ show
When: Thurs. Nov 5th, 7pm
Where: Grand Ballroom
Why? Hear April and Alyssa (Team Ricockulous) perform songs about the Census 2010 as well as other Asian American issues

8. Reitz Union expansion- Meeting with Architects
 On WED, Nov. 4 from 4-5pm in a portion of the Grand Ballroom, the architects will be having a focus group for Asian American students to discuss their needs and vision for the Reitz Union expansion including multicultural space.  This is open to all, and we hope to have a large turnout with many ideas.

Tuesday, Nov. 3rd from 7-8pm
Thursday, Nov. 5 from 1-2pm
