1 Created Ascribe to the Lord the glory due His name; worship the Lord in the splendor of His holiness. Ps. 29:2 To Worship

2 Goals of the Ministry: To worship God To facilitate a deeper,
biblical understanding of worship To create a space for intimacy with God To awaken and increase hunger for God To model freedom, joy and intimacy with God To worship God

3 Our God is a consuming fire…

4 Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind and with all your strength. Mark 12:30

5 “It is not frustration, bondage, or emptiness that the Lord seeks in worshippers, but freedom and the complete fulfillment that is found in complete unity [with Him]. The physical outward expressions of our love are beautiful manifestations of our worship, producing a spiritual, holy consummation that was originally created for our fulfillment and satisfaction as well as God’s.” Restoring the Dance

6 Joy Transformation Wonder Excitement Peace Life Freedom

7 We declare to you what was from the beginning,
what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have looked at and touched with our hands, concerning the Word of life… 1 John 1:1

8 “Christian worship is not only offering
all that we are to a Holy God (spirit). It is an intentional response to The God, the One revealed in the Word, made known and accessible to us in Jesus Christ and witnessed in our hearts through the Holy Spirit (truth).” Worship Evangelism

9 Praise the LORD! Sing to the LORD a new song, his praise in the assembly of the faithful. Let Israel be glad in its Maker; let the children of Zion rejoice in their King. Let them praise his name with dancing, making melody to him with tambourine and lyre. Psalm 149:1-3

10 Praise is commanded by God and is an act of the will.
Worship is a response, an intimate encounter. We are commanded to come into His gates with praise, God inhabits the praises of His people, Then we are able to truly worship – As we see him for who He is and bow our hearts and lives and even our bodies before Him in response.

11 Be still and know that I am God
Psalm 46:10

12

13 While our gifts and abilities
are personal and unique, we have all ultimately been created for one purpose – TO WORSHIP GOD!

14 give Him all the glory…

15 Hallelujah
