A. Yalta Conference & Potsdam Conference 1. Deciding the future of Germany and Poland a. Divided Germany into American, British, French and Soviet occupation zones i. Later became known as West Germany which was democratic and East Germany which was under Soviet Control B. Stalin wanted communist control of Poland 2. The creation of the United Nations
