Innovation-90 Program Overview
How can I use the IN-90 Methodology to solve my Talent initiatives in 2018? The IN-90 approach provides a clear path to design, develop, test and accelerate adoption of your solution in 90 days. Please note teams can opt for an onsite workshop. Step 1: How to get started Sign up for our immersive 1-day innovations bootcamp. Once you are registered, we will assign an Innovation Coach who has significant, relevant experience working in the Talent/HR space to begin working with you. Please note private, virtual and onsite engagements are available as well. Coaching for Quicker Results: The first thing we will do is guide you in framing an achievable challenge - a challenge that is important to solve, can withstand a rigorous experimentation process, and will make a sustainable impact. Once you have a clear design challenge, the Innovation Coach will guide you to do some simple “in-market” interviewing and observing of candidates and staff. You will use this data to design practical innovation solutions during the 2-day Bootcamp. Step 2: Attend the 1-day Design Innovation Bootcamp session You will be learning and applying new tools, processes and approaches to create an initial design prototype and action plan. You may opt to bring your team members to kick-start your project and begin project team development. Step 3: 90-day prototyping Based on your initial prototype design and action plan, you can recruit a team of staff and experts to undertake the 90-day prototyping (series of six 2-week Sprints.) At the end of each Sprint, your team will present a tangible prototype for executive feedback. This means you will need to spend approximately hours per week rolling up your sleeves and working on your solution, not simply attending meetings. Much of your time will be spent running pilots of your innovation prototype (i.e., iteratively testing, collecting feedback and improving your solution.) – to improve your innovation by reducing concept risk, product risk, and execution risk. Optional Coaching Support: You can retain coaching support for as little as $10K over the 90-day rapid prototyping period to support and guide your innovation team. What You’ll Get: If you follow the process and guidelines, you should see verifiable results in 90 days in a single department or business unit. The rollout of the solution to the rest of the organization may take 3-9 months depending on the scale of the implementation.
