Immunologic effects of F16-IL2 therapy. A, changes in peripheral blood lymphocyte subpopulations during therapy with F16-IL2 and LDAC as revealed by flow-cytometric analysis. The most prominent increase was observed in CD16+/CD56+ NK cells and CD8+ lymphocytes. Triangle arrows indicate infusions of F16-IL2.
