2. UPIC HR and Payroll Process
Full-time: $14.00 per hour, 320 required hours
(all students capped at 28 hours/week)
Part-time: $10.00 per hour, 160 required hours
(student can plan for hours/week)
Until further notice, the UPIC program will continue to utilize paper timesheets. For any questions related to human resources or intern payroll, please contact .

3. Downloading Timesheets
Timesheets are located at
Select “Payroll Information”
Payroll Information for Employees

4. Submitting Timesheets
Review timesheets include:
Name, clearly printed
Intern and mentor signature
Check timesheets for errors:
Hours entered properly?
No errors (#value)
AM/PM accurate?
Submit:
To,
On, 1st and 16th (or next business day)
Paydays are the 15th and the last business day of the month
*Cannot work over 28/hrs. a week
