4. Label Requirements - Companies Using Chemical
Each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is legibly labeled
Identity of the hazardous chemical(s)
Appropriate hazard warnings
Immediate use containers - no label
For example, using a cup for touchup paint

6. Safety Data Sheets – MSDS and SDS
MSDS will be used along with SDS until June 1, 2016.
Maintained in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which is used
Readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they are in their work area(s)

7. Pictograms
These will be used for hazards and allows workers that do not speak English to understand the danger.
Memorize the categories (they are relatively simple)
