Prepare a feature booklet outlining the important selling points. 20. Advertise your property in Real Estate Exchange magazine 10. Arrange all showings at your convenience and you will be informed well in advance. 21. Hold open house to further expose your home. 11. Prequalify all my purchasers before I show your property to them. 22. Keep you up-to-date with any changes in the real estate market.
