Confluence: Translation in the Capital Area September , 2017 at the Montgomery College Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus. Proposals for presentations and workshops covering topics of interest to the translation and interpretation community are to be submitted by June 23, 2017. Visit for more details and to submit your proposal. Confluence 2017 is sponsored by: Montgomery College Libraries; Humanities Area at Montgomery College; Montgomery College Office of Community Engagement; DC Area Literary Translators Network (DC-ALT); NCATA; Global Humanities Institute; Peace & Justice Studies Community at MC; Arjang Translation Center; and Dryad Press.
