In progress: throttling of CMLOG messages
Problem when using the LOCK feature
Need configurable delay time for message broadcasting
Problem with PV change logging when in global mode
Allow config file NoAck option to override the ACKT field
Replace config files with Oracle database

ENUM and CW restart problems fixed
CMLOG is now a plug-in at build time
Distribution web page now available
…but CW currently works for only a special restore file format
