1Quit Adding a Web Site to Microsoft Internet Explorers Trusted Sites Zone OverviewMicrosoft Internet Explorer has security settings that restrict the execution of active content in order to prevent malicious scripts from harming. These settings also prevent legitimate scripts from running, disabling functionality.
