GenEdits Plus – Software from CDC that applies the edits to a file.

23. Edits Other caveats to creating the edit sets
CDC requires a copy to incorporate into their software prior to sending the state any updated files for Web Plus, Prep Plus, and CRS Plus.
The edits have to be appropriate and the reporters must be able to make the corrections.
Internal Westat IT staff must have the final ‘approved’ version to update any existing software currently in use.
