1. “Bless The FLEET & Free Your FEET”
The 21st Annual BLESSING OF THE FLEET, Fish Fry & Burning of the Socks will be held at the St. Andrews Marina on Saturday, April 14, Fish Fry will begin serving at 11:00am with Sock Burning event to follow. Processional of water vessels starts at 12:00 noon. This annual charitable community event benefits Second Chance of Northwest Florida, Inc, a local non-profit organization that provides services to brain injury survivors in the community.
Each year as part of the BLESSING OF THE FLEET, Panama City's internationally renowned local artist, Paul Brent, donates a print to be used on the commemorative poster. These full-color 12”x19” heavy-weight posters are printed locally for distribution..
The members of Second Chance are selling sponsorships that includes:
VIP Tickets (VIP tickets allow for seating under big tent with tables & chairs, all you can eat buffet that consist of fish, cole slaw, baked beans, hushpuppies, and soft drinks)
Fish Fry meal tickets (fish, cole slaw, baked beans, hushpuppies)
Company logo on Social Media Marketing (including Second Chance of Northwest Florida pages, Second Chance of Northwest Florida website & Blessing of the Fleet Facebook event page) before & after event
