This training is for APD background screening requirements and use of the Clearinghouse.
In this session we will go into how to use the Screenings in Process tab.
Making use of the Clearinghouse is a high priority and we are here to help you succeed. So, with that in mind, let’s get started.

2. The Screenings in Process tab provides a listing of all screening requests you have initiated or connected to and the current status.
A request will remain on this list for 7 days once the determination is made.

3. Sort the records by selecting any column header
You can filter the list by using the filter options and selecting ‘Apply’
From this page, you will be able to…
View an individual’s profile page by selecting the last name of the individual
Filter the list by using the search options and selecting ‘Apply’
Sort the records by selecting any column header
If you no longer wish to receive notifications for an individual, select the ‘Remove’ link under the Action column. You can use this handy tool for an applicant that you didn’t hire.
The screening will be removed for your list however the screening will continue to be processed within the Clearinghouse
