2. THE FL AG
The French Flag — nicknamed «  tricolore flag  » dates from and it was invented by Jacques Louis David.
The three colours mean :
- The blue and the red are the colours of Paris
- and the white is the colour of the kingship.

3. Monuments
Eiffel Tower is one of the best monuments known in the world.It was built by Gustave Eiffel in the Gustave built it for the Universal Exposition and the the population of France decided to not destroy it.
Arch de Triomphe is situated in one of the most beautiful avenues of the world. It was built in 1836.Every year, , 14th July, there is a military parade there and a lot of people come to see it.

4. Sports
Among popular sports practised in France :soccer,basketball,rugby and handball .
In France, there are two divisions of soccer which are ligue 1 and ligue 2.
For basketball there is LNB which is composed of two divisions : Pro A and Pro B

5. Sports :
Rugby is a team sport. It is known for its aggressiveness. The ligue's name is top 14.
Finally,Handball is the second team sport pratcised in France.

6. FRENCH CELEBRITIES
Zinédine Zidane or nicknamed in France « Zizou » was the best french player of soccer. He won many trophies such as the champion league,the world cup in 1998 and the European cup in 2000.Also he won the gold ball in He retired in 2006 after the world cup.
Thierry Henry was also an incredible player like Zidane.He won a lot of prize like the world cup in 1998 with Zidane,the UEFA Super Cup and the champion league with FC Barcelona. He retired in 2014.

7. Omar Sy belongs to the best actors of the world. He is also a comic
Omar Sy belongs to the best actors of the world. He is also a comic. He became famous by his movie « INTOUCHABLE » realise in 2011.
Finally, he won the Cesar of the best actor.
We finish with Jean DuJardin.He's also one of the best French actors.He has done many movies but he his best is « The Artist » product in 2011.
